Who operates this website

This website is operated by Demo Kitchen (fictional business), trading as Demo Kitchen ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship, with its registered address at Shop 4, Example Arcade, Baner Road, Baner, Pune 411045. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

The service

This website lets you order food from Demo Kitchen for dine-in at your table or takeaway pickup and pay for it online. Our Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how orders reach you.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. If you are younger, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.

Menu, prices and taxes

We try to keep the menu, descriptions and photos accurate, but they can contain mistakes and dishes can change. Photos are for illustration.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). All prices include GST. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders and availability

Items can sell out. If an item is unavailable we may remove it from your order, refuse the order or cancel it. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

An order that is not paid within 15 minutes is cancelled automatically.

Demo Kitchen may pause online ordering at any time, for example when the kitchen is very busy or closed.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. You pay on Razorpay's secure payment window. We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login.

Charges, refunds and failed payments are also subject to the terms of Razorpay and your bank.

Order confirmation

Your order is confirmed only when your payment succeeds and the order page shows it as Paid. Keep the order page or your order number, because you may need it for any question about your order.

Acceptable use

Please use this website only to place genuine orders. Do not try to disrupt it, bypass its security, place false orders, or use automated tools to place orders.

Intellectual property

The name Demo Kitchen, the logo, the menu text and the photos on this website belong to Demo Kitchen (fictional business) or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Allergens and dietary information

Our dishes may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, soy and sesame. Menu descriptions and vegetarian marks are a guide and cannot guarantee that a dish is free of any ingredient.

If you have an allergy or a dietary restriction, tell our staff before you order.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Demo Kitchen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as power cuts or internet and payment-network outages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Indian law, or any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer forum or court that the law gives you.
